Peter Ritchie was the first employee of the McDonald's system outside North America. In 1973, Peter was appointed Managing Director Australia. During the 70s and 80s he played a major role in every aspect of the company’s development and later, under his leadership as Chief Executive, McDonald’s Australia grew to more than 500 stores and 50,000 employees. He is now a director of many blue chip Australian companies, including Seven Network, Mortgage Choice, Tennis Australia, 1800 Reverse and University of NSW foundation. |

Antarctic Expedition Leader
Rachael Robertson had the unique honour of leading a 12 month expedition to the Antarctic’s Davis Station, and is only the second female to do so. No ordinary leadership role, Rachael shares her leadership and team building experiences of a group of 18 people she barely knew faced with 9 months in isolation together, whilst juggling the responsibilities of her role in the highest, driest, coldest and windiest place on earth.
