Through a series of road trips throughout Australia interviewing ingenious people, along with front-line business experience, Nigel has unique insight into business improvement and growth. As founder of ‘Ingenious Oz Project’, an initiative to inspire business improvement, he knows firsthand that for organisations to thrive and grow they need to be more ingenious (clever, unique and ‘fit-for-purpose’) in everything they do.

Having spoken at countless conferences, his work has taken him around the globe. He has advised Ministers of Parliament, C-Suite executives and organisations in a myriad of industries including IT, Events, Marketing, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Government and Telecommunications.

Nigel created his first business at age twenty, selling it at twenty-one. Over nine years he owned and built one of Australia's most successful entertainment design companies, selling it for six times its original value. In his creative life he holds the accolade of being Show Director of Australia’s largest-ever corporate event and has worked on a multitude of corporate and public events including the 2000 Sydney Olympics and Paralympics. He is now founder and CEO of Ingenious Oz Project.
