He is a specialist in brands having worked with some of the worlds biggest including McDonalds, Pepsi, Virgin, British Airways Mars and Procter and Gamble. Best-selling author, renowned CEO and performance coach, Nigel Marsh is an impactful and distinctive speaker.
In his career, Nigel has worked with an enormous variety of businesses including a number of the world’s top companies (Virgin, McDonald’s, Pepsi, British Airways, Philip Morris, Proctor & Gamble and Mars amongst others). This experience has given him strong views on what does and doesn’t lead to peak performance in the business world. 

Since moving to Australia in 2001 Nigel has lead two of the most dramatic company turnarounds the communications industry has seen. 

In addition to being one of the founders of the globally renowned environmental initiative Earth Hour, Nigel is currently the Group CEO of Y&R Brands ANZ – one of Australia’s largest communications groups. Y&R Brands includes such iconic companies as George Patterson, The Campaign Palace and Wunderman. With offices throughout the region the company currently employs over 1,000 people. Prior to Y&R Nigel was the CEO of Leo Burnett Australia. During his time at Leo Burnett the agency was awarded the industry’s coveted Agency of the Year Award, not once but twice.
